Where are you based?

We are based in Durban South Africa

Do you ship to internationally

Unfortunately at the moment we only sell and ship to locations inside the borders of South Africa

How often do you ship out purchases

We try our best to ship out orders each day or the next day, please bear with us sometimes there is a delay but we strive for within 24hrs.

How long will it take before i get my purchase

We use PUDO, PAXI, ARAMEX. Generally Pudo is the quickest with some locations being next day delivery. Some further out locations taking a day or two longer. Paxi can take up to a week or sometimes longer depending on the option chosen.

I would like to collect my purchase from you or arrange my own courier

If you would like to arrange to collect in person or use your own courier we do allow that. Please make use of the collect in person option at checkout for this purpose. 

Can i Return my purchase if i am not happy or the size is incorrect

Yes we do take returns, unfortunately certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You would need to make contact with us within 2 weeks first to facilitate the return process. The cost of  shipping the returned goods would fall onto you the customer. 

The returned goods would need to be returned in unused condition with tags and labels intact. once the goods have been received by us the refund will be processed to you. If you have any questions you are welcome to pop us a message.
